Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 June 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Secutune ("Secutune", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data when you visit secutune.com (the "Site") or join our waiting list. It does not cover the Secutune product, which is not yet generally available; a separate product privacy notice and data processing terms will apply to customers at launch.
1. Who we are
Secutune provides application security and lifecycle management for Microsoft Intune and Configuration Manager. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@secutune.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you join the waiting list or contact us, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email address, and optionally your company name and team/role.
Information collected automatically
If analytics is enabled, we may collect limited, aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate region, referring source, device and browser type. We aim to use privacy-respecting analytics and to minimise the personal data involved.
3. How we use your information
- To add you to the waiting list and contact you about early access.
- To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
- To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
- To send occasional product updates you have asked for — you can opt out at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse or fraud.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent (e.g. joining the waiting list), our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Site, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Site and waiting list — for example our form/email provider and analytics provider — and only as needed to deliver those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. Service providers
Waiting-list submissions are processed by our forms provider (Formspree). Your data is handled according to their terms and privacy policy in addition to this one.
7. Data retention
We keep waiting-list information until the product launches and for a reasonable period afterward, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first.
8. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email hello@secutune.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Cookies
The Site uses only the cookies or similar technologies necessary for it to function and, where enabled, for privacy-respecting analytics. If we introduce non-essential cookies, we will ask for consent where required.
11. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Children
The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
