Terms of Service
Last updated: 20 June 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Secutune website at secutune.com (the "Site") and the waiting list. They do not grant a licence to the Secutune product, which is not yet generally available; separate terms will govern the product at launch. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it abusively, or use it to send unsolicited or malicious content.
2. Waiting list and early access
Joining the waiting list is an expression of interest only. It does not create any contract, guarantee access, pricing, availability, timing, or any particular feature. Early-access opportunities are offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms.
3. No warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Content describes a product under development and may change without notice.
4. Forward-looking statements
Descriptions of features, capabilities, integrations, and roadmap are forward-looking and may change. Nothing on the Site is a binding commitment to deliver any feature or functionality.
5. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, design, graphics, logos, and the Secutune name and marks, is owned by Secutune or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our permission, except as allowed by law.
6. Third-party trademarks
Secutune is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Microsoft, Intune, Configuration Manager, and Entra are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secutune will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Secutune harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the latest revision, and your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Secutune is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Specify the governing jurisdiction before launch.)
